Tuition Instructions

Program Tuition: $11,000.00

 

Early Application Tuition: Those who complete an application before March 15, 2019 will receive a discounted tuition of $10,750.00

Because of the special pricing of this program, all tuition payments are non-refundable.

 

Early Application Fee Schedule

  • Application Fee: $500.00

  • Early Application Fee: Those who complete an application before March 15, 2019 will receive a discounted application fee of $250.00

  • If the applicant is accepted, the non-refundable payment will be applied to the student’s tuition. If the applicant is denied admission, then $150.00 will be refunded.

  • Payment 1: $2000.00 due April 15, 2019 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

Late Application Fee Schedule

  • Application Fee (March 16 – July 1, 2019): $500.00

  • If the applicant is accepted, the non-refundable payment will be applied to the student’s tuition. If the applicant is denied admission, then $400.00 will be refunded.

  • Payment 1: $2000.00 due April 15, 2019 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

  • If application is made after April 15, 2019 the $500.00 application fee and the $2000.00 first payment is due with the application. This fee of $2500.00 is non-refundable for accepted students and constitutes the first payment toward tuition. If the applicant is denied admission, $2400.00 will be refunded.

All Applicants Fee Schedule

  • Payment 2: $2000.00 due September 16, 2019 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

  • Payment 3: $2000.00 due January 16, 2020 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

  • Payment 4: $2000.00 due June 1, 2020 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

  • Payment 5: $1500.00 due October 1, 2020 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

  • Payment 6: $1000.00 due January 15, 2021 - This tuition payment is non-refundable.

 

Essay Instructions

Thoughtfully consider the following questions and respond to them in essay format. Please type your responses in Microsoft Word, including your name, and upload the file in your online application, or copy and paste your response in the space provided in the essay section of the online application.

 

Please address the following items in your essay:

  1. An account of your conversion, your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and your ministry experience in and/or outside the church. (approximately 350-400 words, double spaced).

  2. A response to the following question (500-750 words, double spaced): What do you expect to gain theologically, spiritually, and emotionally from this course of study; and how will this degree be used in your ministry context?

References/Recommendations

The Graduate Program requires references from your pastor, employer, and a friend (references cannot be completed by a relative). If you are currently a pastor, submit a pastoral reference from a presbyter, district official or a board member.

Academic Transcripts

Please request that each college or university you have attended send an official transcript to the Grand Rapids Campus office address. Transcripts are considered official when they arrive directly from the institutions and bear the official school seal. A GPA of 2.5 or greater is generally required for admission.
