The one year certificate approach prepares students to impact their secular college campuses as they are fulfilling some general educational credits in a context that builds faith and strengthens a biblical worldview. This is an intentional program for those who want to take an extra year to grow spiritually, academically and relationally before pursuing a non-ministry oriented degree. We want to help you be prepared for your next step in following God's call on your life, wherever that might be!

An additional 4 credit hours of Ministry Leadership courses help sharpen students’ practical ministry skills.

The One-Year certificate also prepares students for future college studies by completing 13 general education requirements. Students who decide to transfer into the Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Arts program upon completion of the One-Year Certificate will be on track for a degree in Ministry Leadership.
