The Online Writing Seminar is meant to refresh and review common and some not so common grammatical concepts as well as introduce you to Turabian formatting that is required for all papers written during your time at Northpoint|GR.

GRAMMAR REVIEW

The grammar review focuses on subject-verb agreement, punctuation as well as the structure and syntax of evidence based writing. Our hope is that students assess their own skills and grow as writers and communicators in preparation for their studies at Northpoint|GR.

INTRO TO TURABIAN

Northpoint aspires to help students become quality communicators in every way. Anyone planning to pursue ministry goals must be equipped with proper writing skills. This presentation assists the student in learning proper discipline in theological writing. It addresses issues related to writing research papers. It includes topics such as how to organize a paper, proper citation of sources, and basic formatting mechanics.
